What are the steps to joining?

Ready to join the Clevrcare team? Learn about what you need to do and what to expect during our candidate selection / onboarding process.

STEP 1: Submit Resume (CV) & Video Pre-Screening

To get started, all applicants must submit their resume (CV) so we can review your background. We also have a quick, engaging video task where you'll read a short demo script for us. This helps us get a feel for your personality, communication style in English, and ensure your equipment meets our technical standards.

If your application looks like a great fit, the next step is a virtual interview with one of our hiring managers. This will be a fantastic opportunity for us to connect on a more personal level, chat about your experience in detail, and even do a little roleplaying to see how you might handle certain scenarios – don't worry, it's all part of getting to know you! You'll also have the chance to ask any burning questions you might have about the role and our team. Think of it as a dynamic conversation to see if we're a mutual great match.

STEP 3: Attend Virtual Orientation / Onboarding

During our virtual orientation and onboarding, we'll get you completely set up for success. This includes guiding you through your computer setup, ensuring you have all the necessary logins and access to our systems, and walking you through our essential tools and platforms. You'll also begin diving into our training materials and resources, getting you ready to hit the ground running and start contributing to the team. It's all about equipping you with everything you need to feel confident and prepared to begin your exciting journey with us!
